"Pro’s -Location was excellent, very close to everything -Check was very easy as was check out -Very cozy and cute place -Nicely decorated -Beds very comfortable -Appreciated the bottle of water , cookies, and coffee -Communication with owner was great and very helpful Con’s -Must take cab ride from train station, not able to walk this with luggage -Bathroom very small, so if you are a bigger person it might be hard to maneuver around. Giorgio was an excellent host and gave clear instructions on where to park and also his recommended restaurants in town. One of our best evenings and meals was at the Osteria Acquacheta. "The house is a beautiful old Italian house with high ceilings with wooden beams and tiled floors. Everything in the house worked pedfectly- wifi, hot water, screens on the windows, kitchen and bath. The house is set in the midst of the Tuscan hills with hikes starting right from the front door. The grounds in the nature preserve are lovely with local plantings.
