Fattoria Montepescini is a Tuscan estate producing excellent wines located in the heart of a natural oasis surrounded by vineyards, woods and pastures.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The annex IL Forno sleeping 4, in front of the swimming pool, can be rented together with the main house only.
At the disposal of the guests the large swimming pool (15 x 6 m - depth from 1.20 to 2.50 m) surrounded by a grassy garden with deck chairs and sun umbrellas.
A private paved outside area, pool view, furnished with table and chairs for dining out is in front of the entrance of the main house.
Air conditioning is available in all the rooms except the bathrooms and mosquito nets in all the windows.
Wi-fi available. The welcoming owners and their friendly dog will be happy to show you the cows that graze freely in the woods of the farm.
Siena is about 30km away. The property is located between Casciano di Murlo (9 km away) and the Terme di Petriolo just 15 km away, a natural spa where you can bathe in warm sulphur water pool thermal baths.
Grosseto and the Tuscan coast is reachable in less than one hour drive.
A beautiful and comfortable country house, recently restored to accommodate up to 10 people and the annex for 4 people. A private paved outside area, pool view, furnished with table and chairs for dining out is in front of the entrance of the main house. Inside, there is a wide dining/kitchen room (fridge with freezer, cookers, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, American coffee maker). Next to the dining room, there is a living room with tv and fireplace. There are five double bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms with shower. The five bedrooms are particularly attractive, furnished with wrought iron or wooden beds. Air conditioning is available in all the rooms except the bathrooms and mosquito nets in all the windows. The spacious accommodation is all on the same floor, except one of the double bedrooms that is reachable by a spiral staircase. All the rooms are nicely furnished in a mixture of traditional and country style. On the floor below the house, there is a large restaurant hall, where the owners can cook and make wine tasting for guests. The annex Il Forno (sleeps 4) is a comfortable apartment sleeping 4. The entrance to the apartment is via 4 steps from the private covered loggia furnished with sofa, overlooking the swimming pool. Inside there is a dining area with fireplace and a kitchen corner (4 rings cooker, fridge and America coffee maker, tv); one double bed; one twin room (double on request); one bathroom with shower.
The price includes (water, gas, electricity) linen changed weekly and final cleaning. Use of the pool open from the 7th of May to the 1st of October (6x 15 m, depth 1.20-2.50 m).
