The newly built countryside villa is just a few minutes drive from both Muro and the famous Playas de Muro. The house can accommodate up to 9 people. The spacious house, with a living area of approx. 240m2 is built on a 14000m2 plot, of which about 1000m2 are available. In the middle of the lawn is the 10x5m pool with sunloungers. The pool is treated with salt. In the pool, which dispones the possibility of warming up the water with a warming pump, there is an intergrated jacuzzi. Between the house and the pool is a nice terrace with a barbecue. The house has a living-dining room with satellite TV and warm/cold air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including one en suite). All bedrooms are equipped with warm/cold air conditioning. Furthermore, the house has free wifi gratis.

This may be not the quickest way but it is the easiest way to get there
1. Airport Son Sant Joan near Palma
You leave the airport Son Sant Joan and take the motorway in direction PALMA (Ma-19)
2. Near Palma - Via Cintura
After 5 km you reach the exit "VIA CINTURA". (Exit Nr. 3). Here you turn right to "VIA CINTURA" ("VIA CINTURA is the motorway surrounding Palma).
3. Exit to Inca / Port d'Alcudia
You drive about 3km on the "VIA CINTURA" until the exit INCA / PORT D'ALCUDIA. (Photo left).
From here you follow the motorway until it ends (approx.39km). You are driving on the Ma-13
4. End of motorway
The highway ends at the height of SA POBLA. Take the exit to SA POBLA/POLLENSA, from now on continue in direction MURO until you reach this village, at the roundabout take the first exit, at the next roundabout take the second exit (Ma3420)
5. Through Sa Pobla
From SA POBLA follow direction MURO.
Roundabout 1: 3rd exit (turn left)
Roundabout 2. 2nd exit (straight ahead)
Roundabout 3. 2nd exit (straight ahead)
Roundabout 4. 3rd exit (turn left)
You now drive on the Ma-3430 at follow this road for 3,5km until the next roundabout
6. . To the villa
At the roundabout in MURO you take the 2nd exit. You now follow the Ma-3431 towards CA’N PICAFORT. After 3,2km at a high electricity postyou take the sandy road the left. Follow the road until the end and you enter the plot of your holiday villa.
