"We love our stay in Valentin Playa de Muro. Our kids enjoyed and have their own beds to sleep. We've been here last 2022 when they were 2 years old and now they celebrate their birthday last night. "Overall, we had a really nice time at Iberostar Selection Playa de Muro Village. We particularly liked the room setup. We had a suite and a family suite, and both were spacious, with large balconies and good facilities, e.g. Nespresso machines, microwaves, a well stocked mini bar, and similar. The beds were extremely comfortable, too! Food was very good - better than expected. We booked half board. Unfortunately we only had access to the buffet with this, but the quality of the food was...

"The first time in my life I see hotel who is not cleaning the rooms everyday and where you need to pays extra to use the safe in the room. It's supposed to be 4 stars hotel and safe and cleaning the room daily should ln't be an option. Also insulation is really bad as we hear everything from next room and we have had people from next our room complaining about hearing us as well. To me those things are unacceptable."

"I took my young daughter here for a long weekend in April. We had a lovely time - beach, pool, Alcudia old town. The hotel was busy but not rammed and the pool area was quiet (the pool is not heated, as is standard I think, and so was quite chilly in April,"

"Overall fantastic experience. We have stayed in multiple locations such as Dubai, Turkey and USA. In terms of value for money this was by far the best. The food was very tasty and lots of healthy options. The room and 24hr cafe was great too. Very clean and modern. Even the private beach was perfect as not to many people and its not to much of a walk from the hotel. I will be staying here again in future. One slide downside would be gym could be made bigger and the spa is not that great. "
