On the main floor there is a hall and a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with twin beds and a complete bathroom with bath. On the first a floor living distributor, three double bedrooms, one with double bed and two with twin beds, a bathroom with bath and terrace. In the basement there is a garage for two cars. The entire house has air conditioning and central heating.

Outside terrace with barbecue area, side yard with lawn, swimming pool surrounded by a protective barrier for children, outdoor shower and tenis table. The sandy beach is about 200 meters approximately.



It is also the perfect location for nature lovers, as the Nature Park of “S’Albufera” is close to the apartment “S’Albufera” Nature Park is on 1708 hect. of land and has true beauty value. This area “ Sa Comuna de Muro” forms part of the Nature park and it connects directly to the beach itself, making this whole area a true virgin paradise!
