When I brought this to the front desk, Nancy was completely unhelpful. She acknowledged that the tub was broken, yet refused to offer any reasonable solution—no room change, no partial refund, nothing. It was frustrating to pay for a higher-tier room and not receive what was advertised.
To make matters worse, staff claimed the tub had been working for the previous guest, which seems highly unlikely given how quickly the issue showed up. It felt more like an excuse than an explanation.
I was told a manager would follow up, but I’m still waiting on that call. Overall, very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking a spa tub room here unless you’re okay with the risk of it not working and getting no resolution."
