"The room is clean, bed very comfortable, air conditioner works well. Only complain is check-in is very slow, no room available when checked in around 4pm, have to wait an hour to get a room."

"Breakfast was outstanding. Best frittatas, roasted potatoes and sausage slices i can remember eating. Waffle machine available, but we didn't try it. Several nice juices and pastries."

"We had a great time in the pool but nobody came out to skim off the bugs. The grill was great and saved some $ on going out. We got there 1hr 30 minutes early and was told it would cost an extra $20 for early check in. I never encountered that before. Not nice. When we came back at 3pm check in time we were told the room wasn’t ready. So we took another room since we would need to wait till 4pm for our room. No accommodation was made by the manager who was unapologetic unlike the receptionist...

"The shuttle service ruined my experience for me. I arrived early at the shuttle station and waited for an hour for the shuttle bus. When I called the hotel, I was told the driver was in a meeting with his boss so I would have to wait. I waited until one hotel’s shuttle driver offered to drive me to the hotel. Hopefully I don’t get the chance to use their hotel again."
