"I cannot fault this cottage. The owner has pride in this place and it shows. Clean and comfortable with many lovely little touches to make guests feel welcome. Lovely quiet location with only a short commute to the town centre. Very safe for dogs. An enjoyable collection of DVD's to relax with of an evening. "Property was excellent in all areas that mattered to us as seniors. Clean comfort facilities and appliances accessible and access to management when necessary. The township and people were lovely, freely sharing information and knowledge. Weather on this occasion was perfect. Our only criticism is really one for council and authorities to improve. We found general road signage to be less than satisfactory when trying to follow maps and attractions brochures. Attractions need a lot more...

"We had the most amazing time away over easter at this little slice of paradise on Nagambie Lake. The large expansive deck and big beautiful backyard meant the kids, dog and adults all had plenty room to spread ourselves out and enjoy all our meals outside. The weather also added to the perfection of this trip but inside was equally as gorgeous if we had needed to be inside. The house was clean and we were greeted with a lovely little welcome package. A big thankyou for having us :)"

"Beautiful well equipped farm house with great outdoor area. Very friendly and helpful host. The perfect place for a family get together. Close to Moyhu hotel and Ineeta Cafe where we enjoyed meals at both places. Big 80th Birthday family weekend with lovely afternoon celebrating at Chrismont Cellar door restaurant and winery. Travel to and from Moyhu by King Valley tours. Making lots of memories."

"The house was as stated and photos accurate. A large house and yard with lots of room for our family stay. The heating was terrific for cooler nights. BBQ and outdoor area lovely and spacious. A very short walk to town and port. School across the which made for a very quiet weekend. Our dog loved it and settled in straightaway. A lower window lifted open slightly enabled a dog door, so an undisturbed sleep if your dog used to a dog door. Overall a great stay. We wanted to stay longer. But...

"We travelled to Benella for a funeral and Ray was very accommodating and extended our check out time at a last minute request without charge. The room was very cosy, clean and comfortable with a luxurious bathroom. We received a complimentary continental breakfast with the room and coffee and tea. Walking distances to town and 5 min to the Pub for an easy meal. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for being so accommodating Ray."
