"Very nice hotel. Clean and well kept. Staff very friendly. Best free breakfast I have ever had. I gave it a 4 for two reasons. Maybe it was a dumb AI decision. There were no glasses in the room. I looked in every drawer and shelf. No glasses plastic or glass. I thought it was just a mistake for our room. I called the desk. They said it was a corporate decision. Reminded me of the Bud Lite decision. Brush teeth no glasses. Also no overhead lights."

"Our time at the beach was delightful thanks to the stunning house we rented. With a group of 12 adults, we found the rooms to be spotless and well-maintained. Our host, Karl, was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We had no complaints or unresolved matters to mention. We would certainly love to return to this house in the future!"

Direct Oceanfront 15th Floor Penthouse Views, 3 Bed 2.5 Bath Water's Edge Resort
10/10 Excellent
"This place was amazing! Very clean and decorated with charm and warmth. Our bed was very comfortable. They have thought about everything you could possibly need or use. We love the double balcony with the sun lounge chairs and the table and chairs to use. The elevator is very convenient and five steps to the beach is the best ever. The pool area and hot tub is wonderful. You are close to everything in town. The host was quick to answer any questions. Our stay was wonderful, and we want to come back."
"Good location, fantastic view and proximity to ocean; convenient location for everything we had planned to do. Front bedroom & bathroom were apparently quite cold. Very heavy dust accumulation on louvered doors to the furnace; the handle on the sliding door to the balcony is falling out and the caulking on the window next to it needs to be repaired; there was no dishwasher soap (or bathroom soap, shampoo etc). Having the app to open the gates worked great. Someone should really check the temp in the hot tub and fix the sign that reads "at 103 degrees the temperature was 8:00am" (same wording as last year). There was some type of odd problem with the electrical outlets - not all of them worked all the time: for example, I plugged my phone in to charge and 2 hours later it had lost power - that happened several times with different devices & different plugs. Otherwise, it was a good stay. Carol responded quite quickly when I informed her of the dishwasher soap issue (the night before we were leaving)."
Luxuroius Oceanfront Condo, Garden City Beach, Wifi, AC, Cable TV, Pool, Jacuzzi
10/10 Excellent
"5 Stars – Beautiful Condo and Exceptional Host! What a wonderful place to stay! This condo is exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean! The property is peaceful, quiet, and very secure, with excellent safety features throughout. The owners have truly thought of everything! From little extras like scented soaps, facial wipes, and paper towels to the incredibly well-stocked kitchen, no detail has been overlooked. The kitchen has everything you could need, including a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, air fryer, and much more.A couple of things worth mentioning for future guests: the toilets are lower than comfort-height models, and the bedroom window coverings allow some outside light in at night. Room-darkening curtains would be a nice addition for those who prefer a darker sleeping environment. These are simply personal preferences. What truly sets this rental apart is the exceptional host. When an unexpected emergency required me to extend my stay, he was incredibly kind, generous, and accommodating. His understanding and help during a stressful situation meant so much! It's rare to find a property that combines such beautiful accommodations, thoughtful amenities, spectacular views, and genuinely caring hospitality. I would absolutely recommend this condo and would happily stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"
