Imagine vacationing in a newly renovated beach home with your own private heat-able pool, all within a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Located in Garden City Beach- Murrells Inlet, SC just streets away from Surfside Beach!
Just off the beach, (4 houses up) - w/ direct beach access at end of street. Ocean view from upper deck. Take a dip in your private pool after a hot day at the beach. Then sit on the large deck and watch the sunset while sipping your favorite drink.
The Space:
‘Ocean Minded’ is a roomy 2000 sq ft house w/ 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Laundry room w/ full sized washer and dryer. Well stocked kitchen which is open to the dining and living area with butcher block countertops & stainless steel and black appliances. Smart TVs in two living areas and Smart LCD TVs in all 4 bedrooms! Wireless Internet and steam-able TVs. Your own private heatable pool (can be heated for a reasonable fee), with a luxurious sunshelf for tanning and being able to cool off with some water under your chair, lawn chairs to layout on pool decking, and yard to play games.
The downstairs is on ground floor level, so no stairs are needed to get into the first floor of the house. Desk and nice chair for work from home/vacation.
There is a nice, large living room/dining area and kitchenette downstairs (mini fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, sink and small microwave) as well as a bright and relaxing sunroom. There are two bedrooms downstairs and 2 bathrooms downstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed, a desk/chair, nightstand, a closet and smart tv. The second bedroom downstairs has a 2 queen beds, small chest of drawers, and a closet as well as a smart tv.
Upstairs you will find the fully stocked brand new kitchen, with a dining table, a couch and a smart tv. You can walk out to the large deck with a table and chairs and umbrella to enjoy a meal as well as another seating area for relaxing. The best part is you can see the ocean from this deck. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs as well as a full size washer and dryer. ***Air conditioning has been added to the two rooms upstairs. The first bedroom upstairs has two sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total), a dresser, a nightstand and a smart tv (note there is not a closet in this room). The last bedroom has beautiful furniture, a queen size bed, a dresser, a chest of drawers, a night stand, a smart tv and a closet.
Linens are not provided. Pillows and quilt comforters are provided on all beds.

POOL-
It is a 12x24 ft (3 ft-5ft deep) pool with 2 bench seats, stairs, and a 8x8 (9 in deep) sun shelf.
Tornado and Storm policy: No refunds will be given. We recommended obtaining travel insurance. Guest Access:
This rental is for the entire 4 bedroom house, so you will have access to everything the house has to offer! (except the owner closet and shed)
The Neighborhood:
In Garden City Beach, just South of Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach, a quiet/family beach, yet close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. It is in the Murrells Inlet area known for its seafood restaurant row and the Marsh Walk.
Getting Around:
You can get around most of what Garden City Beach has to offer by walking or by golf cart. To get to Myrtle Beach, you will need to drive about 12 miles, 10 miles to the airport.
There is a food mart within walking distance at the end of the street about 300 feet from the house.
There is also beach access with parking spots for cars and golf carts at the end of the street about 300 feet from the house.
Other Things to Note:
Pool heat is not included automatically. It is only available during certain times of the year and there is a reasonable pool heat fee that would be added if you choose to heat it. Please inquire if desired.

NO Pets are allowed. There will be a $1500 fee charged to your card shall pet hairs or other evidence of animals in the house be found.

NO smoking allowed. There will be a $1000 fee charged to your card shall any evidence of smoking in the house be found. Due to cost of cleaning and elimination of smoke smell.

Depending on your booking provider there may be an accidental damage insurance fee you will need to pay after booking. Some booking providers include it already in their rates but some don't and then it is charged with booking.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless Policy – You agree to the following stipulations upon booking:
Guest and their other house occupants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the Vacation Rental, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, loss of personal belongings or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by you and/or anyone you invite to use the Vacation Rental as your guest. You stay and play at your own risk. Guests and their other house occupants agree to exercise caution in the pool and pool area, on the deck areas, and stairways. All furnishings and equipment provided are maintained to the best of our ability but since Owner has no control over what guests do or how things are used, Owner cannot guarantee functionality or safety. It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to take caution before using anything and to immediately notify the Owner if an item appears to be missing, is not functioning properly, or appears to be unsafe. Non-functioning amenities will be repaired as soon as reasonably possible therefore there is no refund promised.
Arbitration -All claims or disputes between the Guest and the Owner arising out of or relating to the Contract Agreements shall be decided by arbitration in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association currently in effect unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. The award rendered by the arbitrator or arbitrators shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in accordance with applicable law in any court having jurisdiction thereof. If the Owner prevails the Guest shall be liable to the Owner for attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the Owner.
*Video camera and recording device is on the property on the exterior of the home only. There are no recording devices or cameras inside the house. It is for security purposes only.
