If you are looking for elevator lines and parking permits and trouble finding a parking spot, then this property is not for you! New remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and quartz counters and microwave. New remodeled bath with large walk-in shower and glass doors. Bottom unit of Abeachinhouse. Large deck in back with charcoal grill, table. Plenty of parking for four cars. It is a two bedrooms one full bath. Room 1 Queen. Room 2 set of tier bunk beds. Large sectional in family room with large 65-inch tv. Pub table seats 3, bar seats 3. Kitchen fully stocked. Beach across Waccamaw Dr and inlet/creek in rear. Please read the reviews from ABEACHINHOUSE which is the unit above sister property. Great location with area with no condo's or hotel's near so beach not very crowded. Fishing, golf, Walmart, Kroger, Food Lion and Aldi all close. Pet friendly with ADDITIONAL FEE PER PET! NO LINENS OR TOWELS PROVIDED.

Perfect location

This is my favorite place to stay when going to the beach. Close to everything without being in all the traffic and noise of Myrtle Beach. Beach access is literally straight across the road. Perfect place to stay for a week long get away. The owners are excellent to deal with!

Best Beach Vacation

Everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment was comfortable the landlord was helpful,the location incredible. We could just step outside and go upstairs to visit our parents.We hope we can return next year.

Summer Family Vacation

House is in great location. Stayed in late July so A/C keeping the house cool was good, which is not always the case. TVs and Wifi were excellent as well. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for hosting us!

Great Getaway

The property is very quaint and fit what we needed. It was conducive to our kids and dog. The owner was quick to respond to my questions as well. It was right across the street from the beach access which was awesome.

Our stay was amazing.The owner was great any questions or problems were solved right away . The location was the best the beach was right across the road easy access. The only complaint I had was a little cool but we chose this time of year . Would definitely stay here again

Amazing property with easy access to beach

The house was exactly as described. Perfect area to get away for a vacation. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, but still close enough to everything you could want to do at the beach. The owners were very hospitable and made sure everything was in working order before my arrival. They were a pleasure to talk to and I would have no concerns about renting from them again in the future.

LATE SUMMER STAY

This location is perfect. Beach access is great. Close to everything. Scott was great to deal with. Easy check in and check out. Only complaint I have is yard wasnt mowed and the outside could use some tlc. I would come back though.

Great vacation

We stayed the week before school started and it’s just what my family needed. Location was perfect. Public access right across the street. Beach wasn’t too crowded. House was clean and met all of our needs. Only thing that would have been great was a deck on the side of the house so we could see the ocean and get some breeze. But we utilized the one on the back a lot!! We were so lucky to find this last minute! And Scott was super easy to deal with!!

Another October get away.

This is our 2nd stay here and just as last year we truly enjoyed our stay. This place clean and has everything you need right at your fingertips. We were really happy that the beach access across the street was open this year. Unfortunately it was closed due to the stairs being washed out last year due to the hurricane a couple of days before we arrived. The beach is literally right across the street. Scott and Juliette are wonderful and couldn't be more accommodating and address any issue immediately. We hope to be blessed enough to return to this little piece of paradise next fall.

Family Time

We came in to a hurricane. So our trip was very eventful to say the least…But the owners Scott and Juliet wanted to make sure we were safe! Let me tell you the place was spotless and full equipped for the stay including a few stuffed animals and some games to make our grand daughters feel at home! The truly best part of our stay was the kindness of the owners. Wow I can’t say enough about the kindness they showed us. Especially the last day before leaving our car battery died and they came to our rescue. If you want a cozy clean place to stay with really amazing friends look no further! We will definitely be back!
