Enjoy a side view of the ocean from the private balcony. Vinyl plank flooring, mounted flat screen TVs and WIFI. There's an ocean side pool, ground floor elevator and coin-operated laundry to enhance the appeal of this complex. Parking is limited to one permit per unit. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.
Carolina Shores II is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This four-story complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. For your convenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. From Easter/April 1 to October 31, enjoy swimming in the oceanside outdoor pool. Pack your beach bags and chairs and take a short walk down to the sandy beaches of Garden City and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, trailers, and pets are not permitted.

The unit was perfect for the 3 of us. Convenient to beach, pool and the pier.
Only negative thing which was disappointing, was the parking. Frustrating when you come back to the condo and there are no parking spaces. We had to find a place to park up the street.
Condo was in a great location. Very cute & clean & beautifully decorated AND remodeled. With all that being said, I would not stay here or any other condo in this building because of the parking situation. Description of condo states 1 spot per unit. FALSE! And Dunes wasn ’t able to offer any suggestions on where to park. If I'm paying to stay at a condo, I want to park at my condo. I'd pay more to stay somewhere else next time if I know the parking at my condo isn't an issue.
