Conch Out - Oceanfront in Garden City Beach

Beach lovers...needing an escape to a private place where all is well? Like the feeling of isolation and an almost private beach area?...Come stay where the sunrises greet your early morning walk, sunsets take your breath away, warm your evening chill and soak in the hot tub. Enjoy meals on your screened in porch or sip your coffee watching the sun come up. No matter your desire this is a perfect place to "Conch Out". Relax and recharge where all is right with the world.

Air conditioned/chilled pool, your beds are made and towels included as well. Just walk right in and start your vacation. Huge lot so there's parking galore! For families who don't want to leave their four-legged family members behind, Conch Out is a small dog friendly property.

6 Bedrooms: 3 Up; 3 Down | 4 Baths: 2 Up; 2 Down | Beds: 3 Kings Up; 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Set of Bunks, 1 Sofa Bed Down

5 ocean front bedrooms with king beds and 1 street side with a queen and set of bunks. 2 HDTVs in living room. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Skylights and vaulted ceiling. WIFI. First floor master bedroom is ocean front with king size bed, private bath and access to screen porch. All upstairs bedrooms are ocean front. Large screen porch with rockers and sundeck, also ocean front! Covered porch located on the street side and overlooks the pool. Walkway to beach. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Charcoal and propane grills. Picnic tables under the house. Climate controlled pool (heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F and air-conditioned/cooled during hot months). Pool is approximately 14 x 32 (irregular shaped) with depth of 3 to 6 feet with saltwater chlorination and located on the street side of the property. New pool and sun deck lounge chairs for 2024. Private hot tub covered from the elements, room for 6, over-sized with ambient lighting.

Short walk to Gulf Stream Cafe and The Quay Seafood Grille for awesome dining with memorable picturesque sunsets at the Marlin Quay Marina.
