Cottage on the Marsh - Walk to Beach in Garden City, SC

Cottage on the Marsh is a recently updated coastal getaway with beautiful marsh views and plenty of space for families or groups. Enjoy two separate living areas with full guest access. The downstairs suite features a king bed, bathroom, living room, kitchenette, and laundry (outside entrance only). Upstairs offers two bedrooms with en-suite baths, a kitchen with cooktop and convection toaster oven, and a spacious living area with a new 65" TV.
Relax on the sunroom or back deck, fire up the propane grill, or watch the sunset over the marsh. There's also a private dock for fishing and crabbing (no boats allowed). Parking is no issue, with space for up to six vehicles and room for a boat. Upstairs has 4 head mini-split & downstairs has a wall AC and heat. No inside stairway. Outside entrance only to downstairs. This rental is non-smoking and small dog friendly. For more specifics, please reference our Pet Policy under our Rental Policies, Terms and Conditions. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and a beautiful marshfront setting just minutes from the beach!

Fun at COTM!

The house is so cute and well updated. It was in waking distance to everything and the pier was the best. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great house!! Our only issue was the AC’s weren’t coming on. Called realtor and it was fixed promptly! Loved the location!!
