I think they are still doing some renovations but that being said, the room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very cost efficient.

Obviously a older property but it was clean central located and our room had recently been remolded .We will return to this property. It is clear the owners are putting a effort into remolding and updating the hotel.

There’s a lot of construction going on around the hotel so it’s pretty secluded in dark, but the parking lot was pretty lit up. The staff was nice. The continental breakfast was OK. I wasn’t even expecting that to be honest. The pool looked clean. I felt pretty safe for me and my daughter walking back-and-forth in the evening. I just wish it wasn’t so dark getting into the parking lot.

The rugs need to be replaced, very dirty. My bed was horrible. There was a duvet in the middle of my king size bed. Had to sleep on the edge of the bed.
Breakfast had a nice variety.
Coffee bar all day long was another good amenity, at least for me.
I had no shower curtain.. water on the floor... safety issue.

It appeared they had been doing some painting etc recently, but still needed a lot more done. Elevator was disgusting. There was homeless people living in the woods behind the property. Outside was not well kept. Our room itself seemed clean though.

Staff was helpful and sweet and breakfast was good, but the hotel itself needed a serious upgrade. Carpet was old and torn. Beds were uncomfortable and neighbors were loud.

The room was clean, but that’s about it. They were “renovating” everywhere and the pool and fitness room were both closed which was not advertised anywhere. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and the location is convenient. If they actually finish the renovations and reopen the amenities, it’ll be a great spot

The owner and staff are great! The place is going a major renovation and all amenities are not available. This should have been noted in the description. Ice Makers were all not working except one floor that had no a/c since it was being renovated.
Breakfast was good and hot. Room had no closet, furniture or luggage rack.
There is lots of parking and a Cracker Barrell next door. The place is pet friendly but even with the renovation we still had to pay the pet fee of $50.00
Location was decent. Pool not accessible. Bathroom had paint on the floor. Only 2 towels and we stayed two nights. Most likely would not stay there again

First, I would stay here again. Clean room, bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet. My window overlooked much greenery. The price was terrific, and I got a breakfast that was decent for said cost. Could there be more TLC for the place? Yes, then rates would certainly have to be increased. For me, I am fine with a low-cost stay that comes with cosmetic "imperfections." As noted, I would stay there again.
Staff was courteous and the room was exceptionally clean

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Keurig didn’t work and one was immediately changed, however no water in the middle of the night and poor water temperature, only like watm
We had a king bed which was very comfortable. The room was on the corner so it had 2 windows and that was nice. The room had 1 chair instead of a couch, which I expected. The bathroom had no towel racks or even a toilet paper holder. The swimming pool was CLOSED and this was after Memorial day.

The property is undergoing a major renovation. While my room was very spacious, generally clean, and had recently been renovated, it lacked a closet, clothes hangers, a desk chair, a towel bar, and toilet paper hanger. When I asked for clothes hangers and a wash cloth, the front desk attendant gave me the hangers, but said they didn't have wash cloths. If I have know the property was undergoing a major renovation, I would have stayed somewhere else.
The room itself was clean, but the pool and fitness center are closed which was not advertised. They’re “renovating” so there are boxes and messes everywhere. Very little parking, the elevator looks like something out of a horror movie, very old, very scary. The hall carpets are dirty and it basically looks like they’ve bandaided everything to stay open while renovating. For no more than we were in the room it was fine, and again the room itself was clean. The free breakfast was ok, few options but still free and available. If you won’t be there much, it’s good for a quick getaway.

The room was nice and big. Easy check in and out. They did not give advance notice about breakfast not being served bc of that area being closed down to hold reams of new carpet. So that was an added cost to our budget.
It seemed like a lot of things were being remodeled or worked on . One ice machine in the whole place, which happened to be as close as could be to my room so all night we got to hear everyone get ice and the funny thing we didn't have a ice bucket in our room. The blanket on one of the beds had a tear right in the middle. The fridge was missing the freezer cover so things froze in the fridge. The TV worked fine, the air worked well, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the breakfast area was good and maintained, the front desk had someone there. People were making a lot of noise all night yelling and talking loud like from one to another down the hall, don't know if anything was ever done.

Rooms very nice and clean . Facilities under construction so a little dusty in elevators but rooms clean large space
The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, it is currently being remodeled. It was frustrating that the pool was closed and we couldn't use it. Also, our first day the only working ice machine was on the 5th floor. Our 2 day that ice machine didn't work either. The fitness center was closed and inaccessable. When we came down for breakfast the downstairs restrooms were also closed down and we couldn't use. The hallway we were on also smelled strongly of smoke. Once reno is complete it will hopefully resolve those issues.
