About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Ground floor Condo - No need for elevators - Steps away to the beach and pool.

The view to the ocean is incredible as you are ocean level!

There is a King size bed in the master bedroom. Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen size air mattress.

Master bedroom has private bath with another full bath in the hallway, outside the second bedroom.

Ground Floor Condo, no need for elevator, no steps to climb.

You have your own private porch with use of charcoal grills and outdoor pool. Pool is opened April 1st to November1st weather permitting.

All appliances are up to date. Washer and dryer available for your use.

All linens and towels provided in the rental fee.

Exit maid service $130.00

Pricing according to season.

Winter rentals also available.

$300 Security Deposit required at time of reservation.

Half of rental balance due 60 days before rental date. Final half due 30 days before rental date.

Cancellation policy: Refunds depends on when cancelled, if client is booking for another date and reason for change or cancellation.

Deposit will be refunded within 7-14 days of check out.

This condo is perfect in every way. Steps from the beautiful beach. Nicely decorated. My husband and I stayed 1 night with our daughter and 2 grandchildren. We plan to return next year and stay longer!

Perfect holiday vacation!

This condo on the beach was perfect! Roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you would ever need in the kitchen. There were games, movies, magazines, three televisions, great seating and an ocean right out the front door. Easy parking, easy entry and a convenient location. It made for a really nice Thanksgiving get away!

Old lady home town friends

3 old friends getting together. Perfect easy access for 3 old ladies. The condo was clean and well equipped! We each had a great comfy electric reclining seat (and handy phone charger ) to watch basketball games for hours - especially our Tarheels 💙. The view, patio, and beach access were amazing- right at your door! Thank you for sharing your wonderful beach home with us.

Memorial Day Trip

The location of this condo was amazing! Literally walk out your door in a few steps and you’re on the sand. However, the condo itself needs a bit of updating. It was very clean, but the water pressure in both bathrooms was very low. The mattresses in both bedrooms need to be replaced and just an overall updating of paint and brighter colors would be a plus. it appears they were doing a lot of renovating and had just replaced the pool deck which is very nice but the inspectors were slow to come and give the final approval so the pool wasn’t available but that was out of the property management control. Regardless of updates that might be needed, the unit was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

Perfect location literally steps from the beach. Property mgr. was on vacation. We didn't need him anyway except for the two times the cleaning people upstairs dumped their cleaning water bucket over the balcony onto my wife sitting below in those blue chairs. The first time was an accident I'm sure but the second time was probably because I went up stairs to complain in person and I mentioned it to the owner. He was very nice and apologized and said he would ask them not to do that. Beautifully decorated and clean. Very comfortable except for the master bed. Thats the only spoiler. Its very worn and overdue for replacement. I'll stay here again if they replace that mattress or I'll gamble on another place. Even on vacation its necessary to sleep. The couch offers better rest than the bed. Hopefully they will change it soon. Still had a great time.

Fourth of July Beach Trip

The first floor location meant just steps to the beach and pool. Porch on the deck made it easy to chat with other visitors once the sun moved. Could walk half mile to the pier if motivated. Owner very responsive when we somehow lost the parking pass. Onsite crew kept deck and lobby very clean. Would definitely rent again.
