Since the home was purchased in 2020, all major kitchen appliances have been replaced, including the refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer, ensuring a modern and reliable experience for every guest. Sleeping accommodations include three upstairs master suites, each offering a king bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and sitting area. Two additional bedrooms on the main level each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom with hall acsess. Guests will enjoy large Samsung Smart TVs, one in each bedroom and in the main living area, with high-speed WiFi available throughout the home. The property also includes central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located on the second floor. Non-Smoking environment, Not Pet Friendly, This property has multiple exterior surveillance cameras located: in the carport overlooking the driveway, overlooking the pool/backyard, and at the front door.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Internet, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
