This 2nd-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite is just a block from the iconic Garden City Pier in Garden City Beach, SC. Perfectly suited for multiple couples, friends, or a family getaway, this fully furnished apartment includes 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, a queen sleeper sofa, dressers and closets for ample storage, a dining table with chairs, Smart TVs, and free WiFi. Each bathroom is private and features a shower and vanity, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, sink, and everything you need to whip up a meal.

Guests will love not only the beautiful updates but also the unbeatable location. Step outside and you're just moments from the beach, Garden City Pier, bars, restaurants, and endless entertainment options. As of Winter 2022, the condo received thoughtful renovations including new LVP flooring, furniture, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, microwave, backsplash, custom-tiled showers, bathroom vanities, fresh paint, and more, making it both stylish and comfortable.

Guests enter on the second floor via a few stairs at the back of the building, right above The Garden City Beach Bar. Inside, a hallway leads straight to the first bedroom, complete with a queen bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, overhead light, and closet.

The oversized, modern kitchen is the heart of the apartment, featuring all-new full-size appliances, an oversized island with bar stools, granite countertops, and stocked cabinets with cookware and kitchenware for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Prefer dining out? Garden City is packed with incredible restaurants just a short drive or Uber away, and delivery through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, and Grubhub is easy and convenient.

Just off the kitchen, you'll find a newly updated full bathroom with a vanity, mirror, toilet, and custom-tiled shower. A washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the closet just outside. The central living area is spacious and inviting, with a queen sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and modern decor, seamlessly connecting to the kitchen and bedrooms.

The second bathroom, also fully renovated in Winter 2022, features a vanity, mirror, toilet, and custom-tiled shower. The second and third bedrooms are tucked at the back of the apartment. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, TV, overhead light and fan, closet, and bright natural lighting. The third bedroom is cozy with a twin bed, dresser, TV, closet, and window, perfect for one guest.

Bringing your furry friends? They're welcome too! Up to two pets (dogs or cats) are allowed for a flat $100 fee. Pets should not be on the sofa or living room furniture, and we ask that they be crated when guests are away to ensure the property stays in top shape and service personnel can safely enter.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking rental. Smoking is prohibited in the condo. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained and other charges may be applied. We believe in full transparency, and it's important that we are clear on what guests should expect when booking this property.

This rental is located directly above a small local bar. As a result, music can often be heard, and smoke odors may linger into this apartment. This rental may not be a good fit for guests who are sensitive to smoke odors or may be disturbed by music from the bar. Inside the apartment, many updates have been made, and many areas of the rental are truly special. As with all rentals, cosmetic wear and tear is to be expected. Parking is first-come, first-serve, and there are several open spaces around the complex. Parking spaces may or may not be immediately available, and guests may have to park at open spaces around the complex. This is a very tropical and sandy area. We will do our absolute best to make sure the floors are swept and mopped prior to your arrival.

Perfect for our Girls Trip

Our close group of girls take a beach trip at least once a year and this is the perfect spot! Everything you need is in this unit. The location is fantastic. Yes, it is above a bar but for us, that is exactly what we wanted! We were able to walk to everything with ease, never had to drive anywhere. The deck was a nice add too.

You get what you pay for

This is one of the cheapest listings in the area. This is not a high end beach front condo, it’s on top of a local bar that will be up and lively until 1-2am some nights!! Our only complaint was that this place needs a deep clean, the bathrooms were the only clean-ish rooms. If you’re into it… you could walk barefoot in in this olace, but I wouldn’t!!

Depends on what your looking for.

This unit is great for a good few days of a good time for the guys or maybe even the girls. Directly over a Bar as stated but that can have its pros and cons. Not a spot I would take the Family with the location being above a bar. The actual location is great though for walking around to restaurants and the pier.. Overall, I would stay here again but I do wish they would find a better cleaning crew and stock the kitchen with more cooking ware like a decent frying pan.

Awesome Location, Described accurately

This rental is described perfectly by the renters. Very clean, Has some remodeling still to be done, but overall very clean and efficient. The bar located directly below this rental closes at 2am. Very loud til then, so prepare for this. Other than that location to the beach and everything happening in Garden City is a very short walk. Would definetly rent again.

Could not sleep due to loud music and singing past 3:00 am. Did not get access until after check in with no instructions on how to use lock. Outside light not working. Sofa dirty no glasses. Left after first night. If you like basically sleeping in a very loud bar with karaoke it is the place to stay!!!!

Smelled like smoke

The place smelled like smoke from the bar downstairs. The floor was not clean upon arrival, ands climbing up the walls and top of refrigerator was extremely dirty.

I hope you do not want to sleep

I did not read closely when booking the room. The bar below the apartment is smoking bar so you can smell it in the room. The music was so loud we could not get any rest until after 2:30am. The only person in my group that got any sleep slept in the truck out in the dirt parking area. In the defense of the property management it is in the listing but when I called to see about getting out or another place I was told no chance because it is in the listing. I stay in hotels and places like this over 220 days a year and this is the first time I have had to leave a negative review. I just call it a learning experience and I booked another place after the first night of our week stay.

I am not one that normally writes reviews, but I can’t in good conscious let others rent here without knowing what they are getting. I feel like this listing should not be rented out until the place is improved. We knew about the location above a bar and for our girls weekend we were completely fine with that! Our issues were that when we walked in all the blinds were broken, there were piles of sand under the table and chairs (which led us to believe it hadn’t been cleaned), the beds had dog hair in the “clean sheets”, and some questionable stains on the couch. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping under the covers so we all went and bought blankets to sleep on top of the beds. Then that night we discovered roaches. They were in the bathroom and kitchen. The flooring in the bathroom has had some significant water damage because the wood was buckling. The first night we were there we had two separate men at different times of the night come up to our room thinking they could get in from the outdoor bar below, so I feel like there should be signs that state that this property is “private property”. It just put a damper on our girl’s weekend. Would not stay here again.
