Pier Paradise is a recently renovated six-bedroom luxury beach house in Garden City Beach, on the quieter southern end of the Grand Strand — it sleeps 20, every bedroom has its own en-suite bath, and it comes with a private backyard resort most homes twice its size can't match.
WHAT MAKES PIER PARADISE SPECIAL
- Six bedrooms, six en-suite baths — sleeps 20, every room with its own bath
- A heated-and-cooled private pool in its own privacy fence, ringed with loungers and Adirondack chairs
- A new seven-person, 65-jet hot tub under the home beside the tiki bar — hot and ready year-round
- A covered tiki bar under the home — a 65-inch Smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a custom putting green, giant Connect 4, cornhole, and Ring the Bull
- A skinny-singles pickleball court and a mini basketball court — shaded and playable rain or shine
- An arcade bunk room with three stand-up cabinets and seventeen classic games
- A private in-home elevator serving both floors — load the luggage, groceries, and beach gear and skip the stairs
- A dedicated barista-level coffee bar
- Steps to the beach and the Garden City Pier (third row), with the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk minutes away
- Grand Strand golf mecca — TPC Myrtle Beach, True Blue, Caledonia, and dozens more a short drive away
THE MAIN LEVEL
Open, bright, and built for a crowd — the living and dining flow into a kitchen stocked for real cooking for a full house, with a dedicated barista-level coffee bar for the mornings before the beach and high-speed WiFi throughout. The primary suite is on this level, with a spa-like bath: a deep soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and his-and-hers Turkish robes. Just off the fun, the arcade bunk room sleeps six across two full bunks and two full trundles, with its own en-suite walk-in shower, beanbag chairs, and three stand-up arcade cabinets loaded with seventeen classic games.
THE UPPER LEVEL
Upstairs, two ocean-facing king suites catch the morning light, a marsh-view king sits in a bay window, and a two-queen room looks out over the marsh — every one with its own en-suite bath, so nobody negotiates a shower schedule. The private in-home elevator reaches both floors, so luggage and groceries never touch the stairs.
THE OUTDOOR RESORT
Out back, a heated-and-cooled private pool sits inside its own privacy fence, ringed with loungers, Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor shower with hot water. Underneath the home, behind custom black lattice, the covered hangout runs all day — a tiki bar with a 65-inch Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker, a custom putting green, giant Connect 4, cornhole, Ring the Bull, and hammock chairs, plus the skinny-singles pickleball court and mini basketball court that stay shaded and playable rain or shine. Right beside the tiki bar, a new seven-person hot tub with 65 jets stays hot all year, so a cool evening ends with a long soak under the stars. Fire up the grill for dinner, then spread out across four ocean- and marsh-view decks.

FOR FAMILIES
The home is stocked down to the Ziploc bags, with a high chair, a pack-n-play, beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach towels ready by the door, and a stack of board games for game night. The arcade bunk room, the pool, the putting green, and the giant lawn games keep the kids busy from morning to bedtime — and a rainy afternoon just moves under the lattice to the covered tiki bar.

ACCESS AND HOUSE RULES
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM, with self check-in via smart lock — your entry details arrive with your arrival instructions. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM; sound carries at the beach, so please keep voices and music low after 11 out of respect for our neighbors. This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping home. No parties or events, and the maximum occupancy of 20 is strictly enforced. The booking guest must be 25 or older. Up to two dogs under 50 lbs are welcome for a $250 non-refundable fee per dog — please disclose any pets before arrival, and note that per county ordinance dogs are not allowed on the beach. A $1,000 refundable damage deposit is held about 48 hours before check-in and released within 48 hours after checkout. One note on the pool: the heater automatically shuts off when outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F to protect the equipment, so heating can't be guaranteed on the coldest days. In the hot tub: no glass, children only with an adult in the tub with them, closed during quiet hours (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM), and please put the cover back on after every soak. For everyone's security, multiple exterior cameras cover the outside of the home — there are no cameras inside or in private areas.
We're looking forward to hosting you. — Max, Happy Place Stays
