The house is about a 100 ft walk to the beach access. Enjoy the view of the ocean from the sundeck or sit on the back deck that overlooks the private pool. Relax around the pool while listening to your music with blue tooth speakers. Large covered area under the house has an outside shower and picnic area with a gas grill. Inside enjoy 8 flat screen smart TVs, Wi-Fi and ceiling fans throughout the house. There is an extra living area (Carolina room) open to main living room. Approximate square footage 3200.
