Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5th year at Seacamp. There maybe a better deal in Myrtle Beach but I do not need to find it. All I need is at Seacamp. Thank you again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ice maker which I love was not working but I used the ice trays to make ice and we made some runs to get bagged ice. Not a deal breaker. This was my 3rd year in a row so I can start to see the hard use these rental get. God willing I will be back because the price is right and it has all queen beds which works for a family of four in 4 of the 6 rooms.

2013 Beach Barn stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The onl;y problems we encountered where the 3rd level carpet vac did not work and the ice maker stopped working on our last day and the door to the back porch only the dead bolt lock worked but none of those items were a big deal to us and we all have a wonderful time. We renamed the house to the "Beach Barn".

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only major problem was that when it was raining the main floor bathroom was unusable. Major leak in ceiling for two days made it a bit uncomfortable for the group. The doors on the pantry fell off. Great location and clean. A refrigerator delivery during the week was a bit of a nuisance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great stay, the house was well stocked and clean. We only seen one bug it was already dead. Would recommend to anyone. The beds were very comfortable. Only thing was the screen door off the back porch it needs some repair, prpbably the entire porch needs to be rescreened and made more sturdy.

Congratulations to the happy couple. We look forward to their April 2012 wedding. We also liked the addition of a TV that was added to the 3rd floor oceanfront bedroom. I recommend this vacation rental

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: had an issue with an item left behind. Several phone calls later was able to get someone to actually go down and look for it. I told them where to look for it and apparently they could not find, but no one called back. After another call, someone went down to look and found it where I said. Then cost me quite a bit to get back. I thought this was somewhat out of line.

3rd time we've rented "Seacamp"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect, except when it rained two days, the bathroom window on the lowest level leaked. The washer needed a small repair and was fulfilled very quickly. We very much enjoyed our stay.
