Welcome to Seaductress, an oasis for only the most discerning guests. This custom-designed, built, and decorated home is perfectly perched on the widest oceanfront lot on Garden City Beach. The amenities and luxurious finishes of this home abound, including an oceanfront private pool, elevator, gourmet kitchen, seven en-suite bedrooms, two living areas, game room, bunk room, wet bar, over-sized tile showers, granite vanities, two levels of oceanfront decks, outdoor shower, parking for 6-vehicles, and much, much more. This home is only available to families of 18 or less, which is strictly enforced. This is a smoke-free property, with no smoking allowed in the home or on any of the porches/decks or pool area.

This is the 4th time renting a house from Sea Star Realty and the second time in the same house! There were a couple of things that required attention and they were right on it! Hopefully we’ll rent the same house in 2 years! The whole family loves it!

Our family recently finished a wonderful week at “Seaductress” in Garden City. The property was extremely well maintained and clean. It is very spacious with numerous areas to allow family members to gather together or to seek out a quiet space all to themselves. Having stayed in this area for many years at other properties, one thing we really appreciated was the protection and privacy the dunes provide plus the well maintained yard and landscaping. The property was as described in the listing. What you can’t appreciate via the accompanying pictures is just how spacious the home is. All in all, we felt as if we were gathering at a friend’s home rather than a rental property. Sea Star Realty was attentive to any questions we had and we appreciated how they kept us informed via text of any scheduled routine maintenance, etc. We are already planning our next stay at Seaductress.

Best house on the beach
This house was amazing. Everyone had a bed and personal bath. The game room was perfect for the kids to gather while the adults could gather elsewhere. Having the pool and direct access to the beach was the best of both worlds. We will stay here again in the future.
