- Seaport Village, a south strand gem. 9 custom homes with a community pool located on the second row in Garden City Beach, SC. 2 miles south of the pier, you'll enjoy landscaped grounds, public access walkway to the ocean across the street and the 28 x 26 pool. #1457 is a 4 bedroom, 3 full, 1 half bath home that accommodates 8. No smoking or pets allowed. There's also a ground level (in the garage) half bath for convenience.
4 Bedrooms: 1 up and 3 down. 3 Full and 2 Half Baths: 1 1/2 up, 2 down and 1/2 in the garage. Beds: 1 King up; 3 Queens and 1 Captain's Bunk down.
2nd row complex of homes located just north of Marlin Quay Marina with community pool, approximate dimensions 28 x 26, and landscaped common grounds. Pool is open Easter/April 1 to September 30. Great House and Location
Dunes Realty was very easy to work with, and the house was well appointed. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space. The views from the balconies were terrific! Would definitely recommend.
