The condo was on point and Donna made everything a breeze. The maintenance work on the building was only a minor inconvenience and expected during the off season. The only disappointment was smoke coming from other balconies when we were trying to enjoy the ocean air.

Have stayed in 4 condos in the Surfside/Garden City area in the last 2 years and this is one of the two we would book again. Donna is great. The condo is set up with everything you could need. We absolutely love this condo this is our 3rd year here and we won’t stay anywhere else! The most clean condo I’ve ever stayed at! I do t have to pack soap or shampoo it’s all there!! She thinks of EVERYTHING!!!! The kitchen is stocked perfectly! Every detail is well thought out!!! Everyone at the property is so friendly!! We will definitely book here again and again!!!! The owner is so kind and attentive!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental condo. It is chock full of amenities.. extra touches, excellent communication with owner/manager, beautiful and fun decor, that is it is now top of our list for return stays. Super clean, comfortable bed, beach chairs, beautiful clean showers... to add a few more comments. And the view, of course, is also the best!! We'll be back

The host for this condo has thought of everything. This is the first time we didn’t say “ oh I wish it had….” The view is great. Watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning. Good restaurants close by. We hope to do this again next year.
