"Isolated and does not feel safe to sleep as we are new to the environment. What if an intruder get's in? When we came in there was no hot water. When we reported that we had to call the Plumber. Aren't we supposed to be on holiday? Then the Plumber said he will come tomorrow morning. There is no Wifi and mobile reception is poor.
