The Wyatt Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We were visiting for a couple days. We arrived by bus and the Mill St stop is only ~2-3 blocks to the hotel. The train station is farther but also walkable. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms, which was very nice. I'm not sure what is the difference from other rooms. The restaurants were good and the pub is also good. I enjoyed the live music in the pub on Thursday night. There are many restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance."

"A fabulously run hotel, an easy 10 minute walk into town. Bed was really comfy and the breakfast was delicious, especially the home-smoked salmon."

"The lodge was super cute and very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and courteous and very accommodating. It was a good location and a great value! And the breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely recommend staying here!"
Westport Woods Hotel & Spa

"We had a nice large room with a bathtub which was quite nice. Geo large beds as well. However the cold water faucet did not work in our bathroom. The bathroom door also did not close and latch. The door was pretty beaten up at the bottom as well. Just needs some maintenance. I wanted to use the pool but the blaring music in the gym was a turn off for me doing that. The breakfast was ok. They said here were hot food options to get made to order but no one who waited on us even offered or told us about it. Bar restaurant food was ok."
Woodside Lodge

"Woodside Lodge was a good base for our long weekend in Westport. It was a ten minute walk to town to enjoy the lively bars and restaurants. Slighty longer, 25 mins to Westport Quay which is a lovely spot. Walked back via the Greenway footpath that brought us right by the Lodge. Accommodation was clean and spacious - just what we needed."

"I cannot rate our stay at Ashville Guesthouse enough. Oliver and Hilary really made us welcome and we're very friendly, knowledgeable of local things to see and do and really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast was cooked to order, really tasty and plentiful. There was plenty of parking and the hotel was a close to Wesport Town. Unfortunately, our hire car was faulty and had to be replaced on the morning of check out. Hilary and Oliver were so kind inviting us in for coffee, cake and a chat until our replacement car arrived. I will most definitely stay with them again when next in beautiful Mayo and would recommend it to anyone doing the same"
