"We spent four night here and the room and amenities were very clean and well located. A very short level walk to nearest station and short train ride to Shinjuku. Very easy to get around from here. The room was ideal for our family of four and we would stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with local food options across street and nearby."

"We enjoyed our stay an this hotel. The location is very convenient for most sort of activities. Room and amenities were clean and nice. Room HVAC was very quiet and comfortable. Very importantly, the staff were very responsible, knowledgeable and caring. We didn't enjoy the size of the room - a twin size bed is really not suitable for a couple. The blanket was a layer over a sheet (nothing unusual) but the material was extremely slippery - causing the blanker to slide down the floor each time your move. Bathroom was very much out dated as well."

"Immaculate room with a super comfy bed and pillows — we slept so well! The power shower was excellent, and we loved the classic Japanese toilet (the only thing missing in our room was the heated seat, but that’s a minor detail). A really nice touch was that they provide clean pyjamas, plus a fresh toothbrush with toothpaste and a hairbrush every day — such thoughtful service! On the ground floor, there’s an incredible selection of complimentary toiletries — everything from hair bands and mouthwash to razors and face creams. Honestly, whatever you might need, they’ve got it. Breakfast was amazing too!!! They make fresh Japanese pancakes on request, and the coffee was strong and really good. 10/10. If we ever come back to Japan, we will without a doubt stay here again. Thank you ❤️"

"Room smaller than expected for the price. Breakfast buffet good but expensive. Can’t take food to room. Good location near park and shopping/eating area. Friendly staff. Charge a lot for 1hr late checkout after 10am. Qualified recommendation. "

"Nice hotel and staff. Airport coach bus pick and drop from hotel. Rooms are small and bathroom is very small. Lot of eating options at the hotel."
