"There were past reviews which rate the property was bad.
But realy I enjoyed my stay, the staff were helpful. The location is near to mall and restaurants.

"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are super helpful. A big shout out to Lucy in the buffet restaurant and the waiter from Mumbai (sorry I have forgotten your name). They both went out of their way to make sure we had everything. The waiter went out of his way to find my friend a particular sweet she had asked for.
I must say thank you to the staff in the spa who also went out of their way to help.
