The taxi driver booked through the hotel made an error in where I wanted to go and charged me for two journeys . I Complained at the front desk and the staff were very helpful. They looked into it and I was refunded the excess money I enjoyed my stay. Comfortable room nice rooftop pool area. Very helpful staff

Great hotel in the centre of Muscat, walking distance to some restaurants, a shopping mall and supermarkets. Very decent Gym with good equipment, clean and fully functional. Breakfast was varied with good options, eggs, fruits, fresh waffle and good coffee!

Great hotel, very comfortable, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast. It’s also close to a good supermarket called Lulu. The only issue was the wifi, which didn’t work very well, especially in the evenings. But other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.

A very good hotel, the lobby was always a welcoming place, the room is made to a high standard, and the staff were always courteous and helpful. The rooftop also provides a nice place to take in the views. I would definitely stay here again.
