Front desk staff was very helpful, and dealt with them a number of times. The small fridge in the room made funny sounds (took me a couple of days to figure out it was the fridge). Staff was helpful in organizing a dolphin watching trip. Did not eat at the hotel, breakfast was very expensive. Didn't see a lot of facilities. I could definitely see coming back again.

كانت البدايه جيده الا ان جاء موعد الخروج. للاسف بعد حجزي في hotel.com. واعطتني سعر للحجرة وعند الدفع افاجاأ بان السعر تغير وزياده ١٧ في الميه ضرائب. بعد اقامتي في الفندق مرتين في نفس المكان بسبب وجودي في السلطنه مرتين في العام قررت عدم حجز هذا الفندق مره اخري.

Business trip

Only used it for sleeping and breakfast! Beds were good and the breakfast was okay, small selection of Indian and continental. WiFi worked good! There is a mall within walking distance with nice restaurants and a food court!

1) Toilet's flushing system was totally not working. 2) Didn't inform me before hand that they will be charging for printing as they claimed the Business Centre has not printer. It's only upon check-out, it was then make known to me. 3) Already told the staff that I would not be going back there as there are better hotel within the vicinity that provides better service.

Good value, friendly, but not 4-star

I'm rating this hotel based on it being a 4-star hotel. I would rate it higher if it were a 3-star. This hotel rates as a quite good value for Muscat. My room had a small adjoining sitting room, so it was technically a suite. The room was clean and well-kept but dated. There is free parking out front. The location provides easy access to the expressway between the airport and most of Muscat which lies several km to the east. There are many business establishments within walking distance. The minuses: (1) If your rate doesn't include breakfast, skip it. The breakfast here would rate on the low end for a 3-star place, but is off the 4-star scale altogether. (2) The cable TV system has dozens of Arabic-language channels from around the Middle East. Would it be so difficult to have a cable package that includes maybe one or two English-language channels? (3) The front desk people are quite friendly but not always well-informed. I got two completely different answers about airport transportation at two different times, and when I asked about a restaurant located a block away, the front desk person had never heard of it. Overall: stay here for the value, the location and the friendliness, but don't expect a 4-star hotel.

we were very disappointed in this hotel compared to others we've stayed at in Muscat, for cheaper too. Hot water didn't last through the length of a shower, overall hotel and room seemed run down and musty, we were ready to leave earlier than planned because whole place just felt uncomfortable and dingy. No view from anywhere. Would definitely never return

Great value for price but AC was SUPER annoying

Hotel was great for the price. Just needed a place to crash for 1 night. Not too far from airport so convenient. Several restaurants within walking distance from front door. Staff was very friendly and room was fine. No English TV stations so just a heads up. Also, the AC was pretty odd. It was a indoor wall unit mounted directly above the bed. So, when turned on, it blew directly in your face. There were buttons on the wireless remote to make the unit oscillate but they didn't work. So it was either AC directly in your face or no air at all when sleeping. Not good. Was up and down all night turning the darn thing on and off when the room would get too hot. Very annoying.

Good value, and quite convenient. Poor food.

Good value for money surrounded by enough eateries within walking or a few minutes drive, pleasant staff (there's always a couple under par), nice-sized rooms, a bathtub, and kitchenette (though poorly equipped). Shopping malls a few kilometers away. Downside: Room service food not great or large; housekeeping not timely, or not done.

Hotel had free parking, which was nice. Pleasant staff. The room I stayed in was a suite, with a bedroom and kitchen area. TV featured many channels from the Gulf region (I wasn't patient enough to find an English language channel). As there isn't really a "center" of Muscat (three cities eventually grew into one large one), I found this hotel to be conveniently located to nearby sights and a short drive away to others. 24-hour gas station/convenience store a short walk from the hotel. All electrical outlets were occupied by appliances or lamps, so to charge my laptop and phone, I needed to unplug some things in the room.

Reasonable hotel, good value

Hotel was good, few hassles at reception when they seemed surprised we had a three bed room, eventually they decided to put a spare bed in the room and all was well. The free wifi required going down to the reception desk every hour to get a new password, big hassle, aircon was noisy and breakfast was pretty bad (good choice, nothing particularly nice). On the upside the room was big, bed's were comfortable shower was ok so I'd stay there again
