"Excellent costumer service, the staff was always very helpful. One night we decided that we wanted to visit Teotihuacan and the staff help us to book a private tour even though it was last minute!!! The room was clean and comfortable The hotel has a very good location, you could walk to the Historic Center or Roma Norte."

"The location is great, everything is accessible and the staff are courteous. The receptionist took a very long time to get us register. The rooms need some remodeling to go with the building. I wish there was more space in the lobby to hang out and enjoy a coffee. In the mornings was very crowded and difficult to walk out. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive but it was good."

"Out of the 6 days we stay, only one day the elevator worked the whole day. The water in the bathroom sink did not closed easy, my wife kept asking for me to close it. But we had a fantastic time, the staff was awesome."
