"We had accidentally booked the day before arrival due to flight departure time and arrival dates. In asking to adjust the hotel by one day and just push our reservation a day back, the hotel was super unaccomodating. While we didn’t ask for a refund just asked to push the arrival day by one, wouldn’t help at all. Pretty disappointing service for a 4 star hotel. "

"My bag with passport and wallet was stolen just outside of the hotel, the hotel offered no assistance at all including refusing to speak to the police who post my return home found my bag and documents."

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."
