"This is my second stay at this property. At a glance, the room is clean. Each stay, I have noticed hair in the shower, on the walls and the floor, as well as pink mold in the corners of the shower. The bathroom vanity isn’t clean either. Of the four nights on the property, my room was not touched twice. The first time, I chocked up to an oversight but mentioned it the next morning at the front desk, only to get back to the room the second evening to an uncleared room, full trash vans, and no clean towels. Twice is not acceptable. I will be returning to Cleveland next month. Not sure I’ll be staying here again. "

"The Glidden House is my favorite hotel. The comfort and cleanliness of the room, the excellence of the breakfast buffet, and most of all the professionalism and friendliness of the staff earn it 5 stars. I just wish they served bacon in the buffet. "

"Breakfast had a nice variety of items and was tasty. The egg souffle was a hit in my book. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful."

"This property was exactly as described in the listing and perfect for our trip to Cleveland. It sits in the heart of Little Italy, perpendicular to the iconic Holy Rosary church and within very short walking distance to all other things Little Italy has to offer, including its great restaurants, cafes and shops. Very close to University Circle and within steps to the rapid stop. The home was immaculately clean and very well furnished with all necessities and generous treats provided by the host. The host was easy to communicate with; she responded promptly and thoroughly to every question. Check-in was super smooth. Definitely one of our best rental experiences - we would definitely return to this property on our next trip to Cleveland."

"Parking can be tricky. We did manage to find parking but due to the area’s narrow roads (which makes it unique) that wasn’t a surprise. Great stay and walkable to Little Italy coffee shops and restaurants!! "

"Everything about this home was perfect. Excellent location - off street parking and walkable to Little Italy. The pictures don’t do it justice - it felt a lot more spacious than the photos suggested. Debbie was a great communicator and my group of 6 appreciated the snacks and fixings for coffee in the morning. Would highly recommend this home and would love to return in the future!"
