"Positives: (i) Quite comfortable, and very clean rooms. (ii) Quiet, walking distance to the center of Zaros. (iii) the property had oudoor seating in a rather pleasant setting. (iv) Responsive and pleasant host. Accessible at all hours. Negatives: (i) I waited for hours in front of the main entrance for someone to let me in. Moreover, the telephone number provided by Expedia to contact the host is incorrect. Only when I went nextdoor did I find a working contact number for the host pasted on...

"A lovely traditional house in a typical Cretan village away from the tourist hotspots. Our host spoke good English and was very welcoming and helpful. The bakery sells wonderful trays of Baklava which we enjoyed on our spacious roof terrace, a great place for breakfast too. "

"This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the hillside far away from the hustle of a town however close enough to go to the beaches and local tavernas. They staff are excellent always welcoming, the rooms were clean and we booked a suite with a private pool this was amazing. We loved the privacy and the fantastic view over the hills. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again."
