"I will start by saying that the property is nice. The location was great and lots of sleeping space for my family. Elevator times were reasonable at all times. Checking in was easy. Things I didn’t like: the floors not being cleaned (grapes in the floor when I walked in) there was 2 wash clothes and 4 towels upon arrival. With a party of 10, that’s unacceptable and I had to make a late night run to the store for wash clothes after a 8 hour drive there. The property people agreed to being more the next day but again when I want to shower I don’t want to wait until the next day. Another issue was the fire alarm. I was told that the property would be doing a fire alarm check which I was okay with but what they didn’t explain is that the check would start at 8am and didn’t end until 10pm. In between those times the alarm went off approximately 100 times for 2-4 minutes at a time in the room. We couldn’t relax or rest at all. After a long day of alarms about the time we are asleep (11pm) the alarm in the room started going off and didn’t stop (I gave it ten minutes) until I finally got up and took the batteries out! They sent someone the next day to fix it but we lost a whole day of being able to relax due to these inconveniences! The property person told me that we could have made accommodations to leave during the fire alarm tests. Seriously? I paid good money to have that day of relaxation. The property is nice but allowing people to run it for you hurts at times in my opinion"
