"The room was very nice and well-appointed. The shower was a bit challenging in terms of not getting the floor wet and the bed was a little soft, but we liked very much being in walking distance of the train station and busy parts of the city while facing a quiet place to return to At the end of the day. The front desk staff seemed a bit harried occasionally but it was a busy time between Xmas and New Years. The breakfast was plentiful and nicely done and we appreciated the little treats on the concierges desk and water by the front desk. "

"The hotel was lovely. The bar was super nice and the staff there were very helpful and so kind. The gentleman with the Australian accent was phenomenal (I didn’t catch his name). The reception staff were so sweet to us. We were on our honeymoon and they sent up a lovely hand written card congratulating us and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. So sweet. The hotel itself is in an excellent location and within walking distance to tons of stuff and is also right across from Central Station and canal cruises. Also just down the road from the Red Light distrtict. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice staff and excellent hotel. "
