"Great location great for price"

"The staff was excellent and professional, while still being personable. The room was modern and clean. The family enjoyed the indoor pool. My only suggestion is to have someone patrol the outside of the grounds for random garbage. Granted, it was fairly windy while we were there, but there was some garbage that looked like it had been there for some time, which can be expected after a winter thaw. Also, there was road construction right outside our window. The kids had fun watching them work, but they work around the clock which made it difficult to get to sleep. I know the hotel has no control over that, but guests should be made aware and be given the option of having a room in a quieter area of the building. "

"While the room was clean the beds were terrible. Solid as concrete and the frames squeezed of metal and ended up moving. Bathrooms were in need of some updating. "

"Clean room, friendly/supportive staff and proximity. Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Not too happy about that. Otherwise, all of the employees were awesome! Special thank you to the front desk staff and Troy from room service for their care and compassion! Spring Break 2026 trip was pretty cool. "

"The choice to park inside was great! Everything was clean and tidy, tasteful decor. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable. Future guests should be made aware that this is half of a duplex. "

"The kitchen is mostly as pictured. The living room is not. There was only 1 small couch, in poor condition. Seating for 2 with a cover that appeared dirty and had multiple holes. The linen in the bedrooms were undesireable, but the matteesses were comfortable. The bathroom curtain was extremely dingy and the tub had a slow drain, so by the end of your shower, you are left standing in filthy water, which also leave soap scum behind. Just gross. We had a reservation for 5 guests, and only received 4 towels. Communication was grear because as soon as I asked for an extra towel, they brought it. There were no dressers to put clothing and the closets all looked run down and random items in them (shop vac, paint, old decorations). Kitchen dishes were chipped, broken. The sponge was not new. And the sink had a hair. This could be a cleaning crew issue. A brand new kitchen sponge and new dishes could go a very long way. This house has potential, but It needs care and new furnishings. Location was great. I hope they receive my feedback and can make great changes. "
