"Property was ok ,bed was comfortable, room was very small but the view out the window was a concrete wall ( I thought that part was awful)"

"The hotel has been under construction for over a year. There is no easy way to get anywhere without skirting construction areas. The television didn’t work in my first room so I called for assistance. After waiting 45 minutes I called again and demanded a new room. I was then placed in a room at the furthest location from an elevator and then had heavy drilling construction noise late in the evening and again early in the morning. It was so loud the room vibrated. The staff was polite but not real helpful or friendly."

"Room clean, secure facility. Can’t do anything about the parking issues downtown so not the property fault. Check in was a major hassle, spent over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get keys, it was 2am so there were low options for help, didn’t get keys but got to room. Spent most of the next morning trying to get the keys for access as if you leave you can’t get back without them, missed a booked event we had because of this. Was on the phone with customer service most of the time, they said the staff had came to the room 3 times with keys before they actually got them to us, but we were in the room near the door the entire time waiting. Unfortunately this was a bad experience and ruined the first day of our vacation. After this was resolved the stay was decent."

"Stay was very nice and pleasant. Room was very nice. My only complaint was I didn’t like the parking situation or the fact that you had to pay each time you left the lot in a days time. "
