For example, the toilet seat was broken, the water in the shower didn’t drain and kept rising up to my ankles, and the same problem existed with the sink. The whole room was full of scratches and paint stains. Noise from the neighboring rooms could easily be heard all the time. When I arrived, I was so confused how I was going to even enter the building and tried contacting them so many times to no avail.
