"Room was booked with a higher rate for an ocean view. We arrived early and the very friendly staff put us immediately into a room with ocean "glimpse". We pointed out the error, they were very responsive and put us into another room with "half" an ocean view. Whether this was because we were at the hotel before check-in time and they were aiming to please or whether it was because they had no full ocean view room is beyond me as the language was prohibitive. "Lovely little cabin style villa in the heart of Mushroom Bay, Nusa Lembongan! Great service upon arrival and really friendly. The villa itself was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed with plenty of space in the cabin. Outdoor bathroom was the only thing that I'd say could be a little nicer, definitely got that 'outdoorsy' feel! Overall, highly rated and would 100% stay here again if on the island. "
