Well equipped kitchen to cook for a big group. Nice midsize Pool. The Check-in was quite tricky because the coworker of the Host spoke italian only. "The convent is a lovely, large 16th century building which we shared as a family of 11 for 2 weeks and found it heavenly. The house is very interesting, fun and the bathrooms are a bit rustic (which adds to it's charm) but the garden is perfection. So beautiful, peaceful, fragrant and the yoga platform inspired me to do yoga every morning looking across the valley at Mount Amiata in the distance. The family used the pool every day. Sandy, the live in housekeeper, is charming and was a big help...

"We stayed at the property (the larger apartment in the double house) for 2 weeks nad thouroghly enjoyed the remote location away from the busy city life with our own little pool. The house is located about 12km from Pitigliano where there are several restaurants and two larger supermarkets. There is a small minimarket down the road (about 300-400m) with basic groceries as well. There is no air conditioning in the house, but it wasn't a problem as long as we held all the doors and windows...

"I spent a week in this lovely house. Perfectly situated in the center of the village, near cafes and restaurants run by charming people. Kitchen was ample for preparing breakfast and light meals. Convenient parking and easy access to roads leading to Tuscany, Umbria, and Rome. Easy day trips to Orvieto, Montepulciano, Spoleto, Todi, even Perugia. Luca/host was responsive to emails and phone calls, but also respected our privacy. I would stay here again."

"Unsere kleine Wohnung im ersten Stock war liebevoll eingerichtet, die Wohnküche so geräumig, dass unsere zwei Kinder (1 und 3) toll spielen konnten. Der Strand ist idyllisch, auf dem kurzen und steilen Weg dahin wachsen Brombeeren. Auch im Garten haben unsere Kinder gerne gespielt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entspannt, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einziges kleines Manko der Wohnung: kein Seeblick. Aber da ist man ja tagsüber und man kann sie vom Garten aus sehen. Und hinten raus...
