Quiet neighborhood, close to beach

The property is within walking distance to Muskegon Lake and the quaint business district of Lakeside. Pere Marquette beach is fabulous, and only a 5 minute drive away. We had a fantastic stay, and our host, Brenda, is top notch. The home is tastefully renovated, and the large fenced yard is perfect for your furry best friend.

Lovely stay

They thought of everything that a family would need. The outdoor patio and fenced in back yard was great for our children to run around. The close proximity to Pere Marquette beach was nice too. There's a bike trail but with children you're better off driving since it's a little less than 2 miles away.

Always Morton - the best!

We stayed at Always Morton with our two dogs. The backyard is fabulous!! The house is very clean and nicely decorated. Brenda has thought of everything. Location was perfect. Loved every minute.

Amazing!

Property had everything we needed for a 3-day visit to the area. Our kids (2.5 and 5.5) had a great time. There were even a few toys for them. Wonderful space and a fabulous backyard. Easy access to beaches. Host was quick to respond to emails and provided lots of helpful information about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The location is close to the beach and only 25 minutes from Michigan’s Adventure. This house is well stocked as well.

Host had everything you could need. Just a mile from the beach, recommendations for things to do, and large fenced in yard for our dog to explore. I’d recommend Muskegon for anyone who wants to get away for a few days and definitely book an “always vacation” rental when you come

Everything you could need

This property was perfect for families. The owner thought of everything you could need, including toys and books in the kids room. The fenced in backyard was also very nice for kids. It was extremally clean and beautifully decorated. We would stay here again.

Winter Getaway

Brenda’s property was one of the nicest we’ve stayed at. The house was super clean, beautiful decor and all the details were covered. We were so thankful to be able to bring our dog along as well. It made for a great long weekend as we enjoyed the Muskegon Winter Complex and Michigan’s beautiful winter. We would definitely stay at her property again.

We were impressed!

What a great place to stay. My wife and I travel alot and have stayed in many VRBOs and rentals. This is an example for all VRBO hosts to follow. Everything you could need and more. Nicely decorated and tasteful, being very attentive to every little detail, not to mention how clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is a little bit of an older area but safe, nice and well kept, being close to all the local sites and restaurants. I just can't say enough about how nice this home was. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this Home

We have family who live in Muskegon, MI, so we decided to rent a home of our own, so we can have our own space. Wow is all I can say. We stayed for the week of Christmas and it was just like home for us. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We will forsure stay here again. Thanks for making my family feel at home for the holidays.

Wonderful house!

This owner though of all the little details. Everything you hate to pack (shampoo, q-tips, kitchen condiments) was all there. The house was very nice, clean and had a great back patio. I highly recommend this listing. Thank you Brenda!

Pet Expo Trip

Me and a few other rescue volunteers spent 5 days staying at this home between working at the Pet Expo. Home was impeccably clean and worked well for our visit. Only negative was the yard is not fully fenced so we couldn’t allow the rescue dogs to get exercise off leash. We will definitely be back!

Well stocked & perfect location!

Minutes from everything! Perfectly decorated & well stocked. When we arrived I realized I forgot the collapsible stool for our toddler, I opened the linen closet and TADA - a stool! There were even brand new reading glasses and nail clippers! Fenced yard is huge. Propane gas grill & propane griddle were excellent! My only request is a kitchen garbage can with lid and lock because my dog is a garbage picker. I solved that problem by keeping the trash bin on the counter.

We will definitely be renting again, the decor and house overall was just beautiful! I was so impressed with this house from the cleanliness to the bathroom/kitchen being stocked...sharp knives go a long way lol. The keep cozy blankets, washer and dryer available, beach towels available were such a thoughtful touch! Nice quiet neighborhood and Norton Shores being very close made for a quick trip to the grocery store. 5 Stars for sure!!!

Adorable house in great location!

My husband and I, and our dog (!) completely enjoyed our stay at your pristine house. It ranks up there as one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Newly updated, beautiful and comfortable decor. Brenda has thought of everything! It was stocked with spices, condiments, extra personal care items in case you might forget something, snacks, you name it! We appreciated the labeled cupboards, the dog bowls, the binder with suggested things to do. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable few days! :)

Wonderful!

We had a great stay at this property! I always bring cleaning products with not knowing what we are walking into, but we definitely didn't needed them here. Very clean house that has everything you could possibly need and more. The location is perfect. We brought our bikes with and could bike to the beach and just about everywhere else. Only took the care out twice. We really enjoyed eating outside at The Deck and the Lake House Grille. Our dog really enjoyed the gated back yard also. Brenda was so attentive and friendly when we had a question for her. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for this wonderful house!

Perfectly welcoming

I felt like a welcomed guest instead of a paying customer. Brenda thought of every little detail! Everything was clean, beautiful, stocked, and labeled. I loved the way she made ideas of what to do and where to go into artwork on the wall! Little touches like cuddly blankets (even fall themed) with a welcome to use them and cuddle up made us feel welcome and special. We did not bring our dog this trip, but now that I have stayed here, I am excited to stay again and bring her! I usually stay away from town, but this place was quiet and the outdoor area was wonderful and private so I would stay again.

Great Hospitality!

This property is great! Brenda has truly thought of everything, and her personal touches do not go unnoticed. She even includes masks, incase you forgot yours. The home is bright and welcoming, exactly like the photos. The outdoor space is great for relaxing in the evening too. We stayed for a week and found us easily living in the house, like it was our own home. There are ample dishes, pots and pans, everything you need, even coffee and tea, and some snacks. The home is equipped with paper towel, napkins, toilet paper, Kleenex, more towels than you will need. A great host of a great home! Thank you for such a great experience, Brenda! Rebecca
