Welcome to Lake it or Leave it, my newest pet friendly rental in the heart of the Lakeside community! You will enjoy this fully stocked house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms where you just need to bring your clothes!Luxury Nolah mattresses and a pillow of every firmness to choose from will make for a wonderful nights sleep. I provide a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar and a new grill with utensils and everything you need for a day at the beach. Enjoy a meal outside and sit by the fire table in the evening. You will love it! You are a quick drive to Pere Marquette Beach and a short walk to all of the restaurants and shops that Lakeside offers. Bring a bike or rent one just up the street. The bike path along Muskegon Lake is right outside your door. Come have a wonderful time!

Property was as advertised and in a nice central location! Easily walkable to some great spots and a short drive to the beach and other popular destinations in the area. Melinda has thought of everything as well, the space was well stocked with everything we needed down to coffee and phone chargers. The fenced in backyard and easy access to a trail behind the house was great for our dog too!

Perfect getway

Amazing location with all kinds of great local spots so close to the beach. Perfect for a family. The host really supply you with everything you can think of. My kids loved this place and all the games and toys. Can’t wait to come visit again.

What a great stay. Close to everything, super clean and cute. Place is exactly as described, maybe better! Has a great downstairs area ! I would definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. The hosts have done a great job of providing everything one needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Loved Muskegon and the beaches as well - highly recommend Bernie o’s pizza and Dockside Donuts!

Great place to stay

The house is really nice - such cute decor! The entire place was really clean. Loved the basement! The beds are comfortable and we could walk to some shops and restaurants. What a lovely place to spend time with family.

Cozy bungalow

This property has been very nicely done. It is clean and modern with lots of amenities. Can't think of anything that was lacking. It was very comfortable and charming. Plenty of room for lots more guests. It definitely has a beach house feel to it. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Seemed to put a lot of attention to detail into this property.

Muskegon getaway

The house was in a great location close to many places. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the bike/walking path right behind the house. Almost everything was provided and it was dog friendly.

Family & Furbaby Friendly vacation spot!!

Every member of our family including our four legged member felt right at home when arriving at the property. The home is well stocked with all the items you may need during your stay. We were impressed with the thoughtfulness of the details of the home as well as its cleanliness. We would 100% recommend to others.

Fabulous stay!

Great location walkable to shops and right on the bike trail. The house is recently redone and would be a great place to bring young kids with the nicely redone basement. Super clean! All the amenities you might need in the kitchen and access to the garage with beach toys and chairs. Garage access was great to store our bikes. Host was so accommodating. Would stay again!

Muskegons Best!

Great house in a prime location. Everything you might think of is here! Used the kitchen to cook several meals, also BBQ'd out back. Peaceful and serene!

Comfortable & Convenient to Beach, Ferry & Marina

We enjoyed this well equipped home! It was a cute and newly remodeled home. It had all the needed amenities to cook and we enjoyed having a small fenced area for our dog. Just two blocks away is a great donut place and Safe Harbor marina. The bike bath behind the house makes it convenient to get to the beach! Two bedrooms on main level share a bath. Lower level space is a bonus for kids to play in and has a bath with shower.

Nice spot near the lake

We had a wonderful stay with the family and our dog. The house was very clean and instructions on how to use everything was available in a binder. The host contacted us before our stay and made sure everything was set up and prepared. Also checked in with us to make sure we checked in and if we needed anything. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The house is near the lake and the marina. Although we visited in the off season, it looks like it would be very lively and convenient. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and the walking/bike path behind the property winds around the lake shore for a good walk with the dog. Great place for donuts and morning sandwiches just a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back when the weather is warmer and the boats are out!

We’ll be back!

This home is fabulous! The pictures do not do it justice. The host has thought of every possible need for your stay, including the furry family members. The yard is fenced so dogs can roam freely and sniff to their hearts content. We came back home to Muskegon for Thanksgiving to spend time with our kids and grandkids and everyone enjoyed the home. The 18 month old twins loved the soft blocks, 4 year old granddaughter played games with the older kids, the young adult’s hung out in the coffee/wine bar area and us older folks gathered around the dinner table. I discovered Christmas cookie cutters in one of the kitchen drawers so the day after Thanksgiving we made Christmas cookies! Our stay was perfect and I can’t wait to come back. This home will be our #1 choice for all of our stays from now on.

Attractive and comfortable house!

We checked in and found a tastefully decorated and well equipped house that proved to be very comfortable for our two day stay. Although we didn't cook, it appeared to have everything needed to cook and enjoy meals on site. The queen beds we're particularly comfortable. Even though the house is situated on a fairly busy street we did not notice any noise while sleeping. The neighborhood had several interesting stores and restaurants within a short walk. The beach area was a short drive from the house. Neither bedroom has a closet, so you will have to use a wall hook to hang clothes. I would recommend adding a small armoire to keep from having to leave suitcases out on the floor, but we managed in spite of not having one. The bunk area downstairs has four beds that would be great for kids, but it's somewhat unfinished, so probably not for adults if they expect the kind of nice accommodations you'll get upstairs. I would confidently recommend this house if you're coming to the area.
