Welcome to our cozy loft apartment, located close to the heart of downtown Muskegon with a stunning view of Muskegon Lake. This studio is part of a two-unit house built in 1920 and is decorated with vintage Muskegon photos, offering a unique and nostalgic ambiance. It's a fantastic location for exploring everything Downtown Muskegon has to offer!

Prime Location
Walking Distance: Just a short stroll to Heritage Landing.
Quick Drive: A brief drive to Pere Marquette Beach.
Convenient Access: Walk to downtown's center, breweries, the Hockey Arena, restaurants, and bars. It's the perfect spot to kick off your vacation.

Apartment Details
Upper Unit: The apartment is located in the upper unit of a house. While you'll share the building with other guests, you'll have your own private space.
Great Views: Enjoy a beautiful view of Muskegon Lake right from your apartment.
Comfortable Space: Ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to four guests comfortably. The loveseat has a fold-out full-size bed.

Important Information
Not Suitable for Toddlers: Due to the flight of stairs, the apartment is not suitable for toddlers.
Studio Layout: Please note that our unit is a studio with no separate bedroom.

This charming loft is a great location in comparison to downtown and the waterfront. Whether you're here for a short stay or an extended visit, you'll find it to be a perfect base for your adventures in Muskegon.

This is a quiet urban location with long term neighbors. The neighborhood is located in an improving area of the city. Some of the surround streets have neighborhoods that are of declining repair. The Downtown area is being invested in and this location is excellent. It is safe and we have never had any issues with but we lock our doors at night because it is the city.
