Excellent property, comfortable beds, nice size bathroom with walk in showers, very clean. Nice pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Excellent location about 5 minutes or less walk into Old Town.
I arrived on an early ferry from Helsinki and through I would just drop off my bags for the day as check in and a at 3:00 pm and it was 11:00 am. The Kreutzwald Hotel is a very nice, comfortable hotel near downtown Tallinn. While it is not IN downtown and therefore a short walk from shops and old town, it is very comfortable and affordable. For the business traveler, ideal since much of their time is spent doing business and not seeing the sights. Still nice for the holiday traveler, but not as convenient as a hotel in old town, but you don't have to pay the price of old town, plus the rooms are more spacious than those in old town.

We made our choice based on the previous reviews and were not disappointed. We chose one of the package rates which includes breakfast and sauna in the mornings and would highly recommend that option. After a wonderful cooked to order breakfast every morning, we had the sauna reserved for some relaxation. It was an amazing experience as we literally had the entire sauna area just for ourselves. The staff were very thoughtful in their preparations of the sauna area and even included free...
