I will say a bit sad the jacuzzi had no instructions and was off, cold when we got in and lacked lighting or maybe it was just lack of instructions as well. Were looking super forward to it! But I will say hadn’t had such a great ac in a while like this one 😮‍💨 and also loved the safety aspect (baby ducks are adorable)"

Property had excellent security measures as well (lights, alarm system, locked driveway gate, etc.). Location was “close” to freeway (in a good way), which was very convenient for what we needed. Was perfect for us for a week while waiting fir our closing during our relocation. Sunday was very easy to communicate with via the VRBO app. High-tech set up as well. Would recommend highly!"

"I loved everything about the River Ryder cottage. Very clean, very very cute inside. Loved the decor. Easy access in a secure gated community. Nestled in the woods and an open field going down to the river. Great place to stay and close to San Marcos(recommend the nighttime kayaking) and Wimberly. I would definitely stay again."
