From the moment we arrived at Le Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa, everything felt effortless and perfectly curated. The reception team was warm, attentive, and handled check-in with a level of ease that set the tone for the entire stay. Everything about La Villa Eugene was outstanding! The wonderful room and bathroom were very spacious and beautifully furnished. These attributes were exceeded by the warm and friendly staff who gave us exceptional service from arrival to departure. The location of the property is ideal, within walking distance of many of the champagne houses, including Moet and Chandon. Great overall

The staff was wonderful

We had an absolutely divine overnight stay at the Chateau de Sacy while visiting the Champagne region of France. The hotel and room were impeccably decorated and the service was top tier. I highly recommend staying at the hotel for dinner as it was one of the best meals during our trip to France. We were only there for one night but wished that we could stay a week. I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I really hope to be back some day!

Staff was very welcoming and wonderful an and helpful, the room was clean and the location was excellent.

This is our second time and it is our favorite place in Epernay. The GM Kinsley always make our stay pleasant. Excellent place!!!!

I loved this simple and quiet hotel. We were greeted kindly at the front door upon arrival and personally shown the room with it amenities. The location and surroundings were wonderful.

It was a quick stay for us. I booked the hotel last minute and got there at around 8:30-9. Unfortunately because of the language barrier I couldn’t understand much. She gave me keys and told me where breakfast would be served. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we left early the next morning. We parked...

It was a really nice stay - comfortable, welcoming, quiet and clean. There was an issue with a window closure in my room, the receptionist gave us a different room/an upgrade that had a coffee machine and a bottle of water. Thank you for your welcome! The hotel is very well taken care of, there's a small groccery store that sells local products and bread right next to the hotel and a secured parking.
