"This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"

"It's a very attractive house, solidly built which helps it stay cool during the day. Inside, it is mostly open-plan with just the bathroom and one of the bedrooms separate. The furniture is stylish and the kitchen is quite well fitted out. The location is beautiful and ideal for hikers but it is a bit remote so you will definitely need a car. Once we had made contact via WhatsApp the owners were easy to message. The only other thing to mention is that the property is not the whole house...

"Spent three weeks here in July and August. House was perfect for our family, but could also easily house six people. Spacious kitchen/dining space/living room, good size bedrooms, two clean and nice bathrooms. Big walk-in closet in main bedroom. Linen for bed and bath provided, including large towels for beach and swimming pool. Excellent private swimming pool, very nice garden. Good WiFi! "We stayed here for a wedding in San Sebastián. You need a car, but it was beautiful relaxing and safe. My kids swam a lot. Everything was perfect."

"There is construction pretty close to the property, but it didn’t seem to get too loud. This wouldn’t be good for toddlers, as there are 5 flights of stairs. However, the elevator worked very well. We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with hot water one morning and the management company responded immediately."

"The property is lovely and the location great for the beach. The only drawback was the busy road at the front which meant some noise when sitting outside. Not the end of the world though and more than made up by the kind and welcoming hosts and the natural beauty of the area. Highly recommended."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aresti! It was the perfect base to begin our month long exploration of Spain. Lots of space for a family (or 2). Perfect location for beach access and it was nice to have outdoor space as well. One of the only non-apartment stays we saw in the whole City, which is what we were after. Shots were very helpful and very easy to contact. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back again!"

"Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und Umgebung war sehr schön. Wir haben die Natur und herrliche Atlantikluft sehr genossen. Es hat uns nur das kleine und sehr enge, offensichtlich noch nicht renovierte Bad, mit Sitzbadewanne als Dusche, in unserem "Wohlbefinden" beeinträchtigt. Allerdings war die Sicht auf den Hafen und den Atlantik einmalig schön. Es war insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt."

"Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig und mit allem was für einen Aufenthalt notwendig ist ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Beschreibung im Inserat hat voll und ganz gestimmt. Die Nähe zur Stadt war sehr gut und Fußläufig zu erreichen, dort gibt es viele Bars mit sehr schönen Ausblicken."
