"Property great location and very spacious for a family of +6 or more. Property is not as clean, stains on pillows and blankets on bed, no sheets or bedspreads, also, the hot water for showers, hand washing, and cleaning dishes is limited. When there’s 5+ people showering, it’s impossible at this location to keep water hot. I also had to request for my check in information because it was not sent to me. Late check in and early check out, worked perfectly for us. Sauna and indoor pool is nice, but...

In der Küche fehlte der Stöpsel für die Spühle und es gab keine Topfdeckel. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es nur eine mega helle weiße "OP" Deckenlampe und keine andere gemütlichere Beleuchtung. "

Die Lage, die Anbindung, die Möglichkeit vom Haus aus zu wandern, es war alles wunderbar. Frau Rieger fragt immer nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Einfach toll"

"Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Pill. Die Hütte ist nicht groß, aber geräumig genug für uns. Wir haben den Holzherd oft benutzt. Wir haben ihn auch zum Heizen der Hütte benutzt. Der Ofen im Herd funktioniert auch gut. Man muss eine Weile lernen, damit umzugehen, aber dann ist er sehr angenehm zu benutzen. Die Klimaanlage, die über der Küche hängt, kann auch heizen, funktioniert aber nur sehr mäßig. Eine Wartung oder ein Austausch gegen eine neue, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage ist unserer...

"Het huis was zeer ruim, proper en goed voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Enige minpunt vind ik de stoffen vloerbekleding boven en de gordijnen die toch wel veel licht doorlaten."

"We loved being greeted on arrival by smiling staff who were happy to welcome us. Given we arrived before official check in time - we were cordially invited to have a complimentary drink, which we did enjoy sipping in comfortable chairs at their bar and breakfast room. Once we got our keys, the staff gave us complimentary ticketsto use as tourists around the city. Our room was well appointed including the stylish bed side tables, two seater sofa and very comfortable beds. The staff were happy to assist first time travellers to Innsbruck and answer any questions we threw at them. They gave us great restaurant recommendations within a few minutes of walking distance from the hotel. I loved being able to have drinks at the bar after 7.00 pm - once again the bar staff were attentive and happy to have a chat. The gin and tonic was perfect. I am looking forward to going back to Alstadthotel Weisses Kreuz and would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. "
