"This is a fantastic hotel if you are visiting Colmar and want a 2 min walk to the train station. It’s a less than 10 min walk to little Venice and other landmarks are close by after wondering through the beautiful village of Colmar. I also wanted to send a “thank you” to the front desk and “Paul” especially he went above and beyond for us last night to help dry our clothes that didn’t quite air dry in our room. I was blown away by his kindness. He came up to our room took our clean damp clothes in a bag had them dried, even folded them and brought them back up to our room a hour later. What a wonderful employee Paul @ the Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar is!! Thank you and we hope to come via again sometime in the future. "

"Very clean and walkable to old town. Good price and quality for the room. Free on site parking. Toilet in bathroom right next to the wall so a little bit uncomfortable to use. Otherwise, highly recommend. "

"An unexpected amazing experience. Starting with the online booking, being on our way to Europa-Park (2 adults +2 kids), everything was spot on. Although we've arrived late after midnight, we have been immediately accommodated by very nice, multilingual and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are very welcoming and spotless clean. The breakfast is attended by a "Turbo" lady which was filling in the buffet and will never let you wait or ask for something. A big THANK YOU to all the staff and especially to the GM, which had trained the staff to high standards. "Above all, extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Property within walking distance to the train station and the old town. Excellent breakfast with caring and attentive staff. Water station provides free water, flat or with gas, to meet the needs of active clients. Our suite was clean and neat with a lovely shower. The bed was comfortable but best suited for those who prefer a soft, as opposed to, a firm mattress. Nice private terrace available on sunny days and lovely ready to eat meals when you just feel like staying in."
